Closures

The Cathedral plays an active role in the community and is used regularly for local, regional and/or national services and events. This inevitably leads to restrictions on general visiting. Below is a list of forthcoming closures.

To avoid disappointment please always confirm closures before travelling.

Please note: that the east end of the Cathedral, including the Quire, will close everyday in preparation for Evensong from 16.30 (Monday-Friday) and from 14.30 (Saturday and Sunday).
